Vision

Achieving a significant reduction in the HIV infection rate and restoring the quality of life of those infected and affected by HIV and AIDS, primarily in the City of Tshwane, as well as other parts of South Africa.

Mission

To achieve a significant reduction in the HIV infection rate and increase the quality of life of those infected and affected by HIV and AIDS by coordinating and optimizing HIV and AIDS related services and to introduce HIV and AIDS Programs that have the biggest impact on the future of the individuals, the community and the workplace by implementing the champs initiative.

Goal

Coordinating and optimising certain HIV and AIDS related services;

Focus on:

• Value based prevention of HIV and AIDS infected (the Choose life Program);
• Care to and development of orphaned and vulnerable children (OVC).  Care to OVC includes care to and development of parents, parent substitutes, families and households; and

Promotion of prevention, wellness and care programs in the workplace.
